WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

If order was a custom cup, please allow 1-3 days for you cup to be made and then it could take up to 1 week for your cup to be delivered. Once it is processing, you will receive an email of your tracking number if you don't please reach out and we will get it taken care of.

ALL CUP INFO:

When your snow globe arrives, shake it!! The glitter will settle during transit. If anything happens to your cup during transit please email pictures and we will get it taken care of ASAP! If you package is lost please reach out to your mail carries and file a claim.
